PHOTO BOOTH SERVICES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payments - Photo Booth Services

Prices displayed on the website are kept current.  However, custom requirements may incur additional fees.  

An initial payment of $250 is necessary to secure the event time and date. Until such time that this initial payment is received, your booking is not confirmed.

Final payment (Cost - Initial Payment) of the service must be paid to The Mighty Booths at least 30 days before the event.

If booked within 14 days of the event, a non-refundable full payment must be received within 48 hours of booking.

A travel surcharge will apply to events outside of Perth metro area.  There is no travel cost for events within 50km radius of the Perth CBD.

Additional time required will be charged at $100.00 per hour.

Idle time is charged at $50 an hour.

Payments - Flower Wall Hire

Flower Wall hire is only available for events held in the Perth metro area.  There is no travel cost for events within 30km radius of the Perth CBD.  Travel surcharge is applied for locations outside of the 30km radius of Perth CBD.

Cancellation - this applies to all services

Cancellation within 14 days after the booking is confirmed (ie. initial payment paid) will entitle the hirer to a FULL refund of the payment made.

Cancellation after 14 days and within 30 days after the booking is confirmed (ie. initial payment paid) will entitle the hirer 50% of the deposit.

Cancellation after 30 days of the booking confirmation (ie. initial payment paid) forfeits the payment paid.

Cancellation after the full payment is made forfeits the payment made.  

Postponement and Rescheduling - this applies to all services

A 14 day notice is required on changes to the time and date of the event.

A date change is subject to availability.

Payments already made will be transferred to the new date.  Administrative cost maybe applied.

Space and Power Requirements - Photo Booth Service

Depending on which type of photo booth is booked, space required range from 1.5m x 1.5m, 2m x 2m or 3m x 3m.

Access to 10A, 240v power.

Space Requirements - Flower Wall Hire

All flower walls are 2.2m lenght and 2.2m tall. The height is slightly flexible but the lenght isn't.  Please allow for enough space.

The flower walls are supported by autopoles and are free standing but it must be located in an area that is protected from the elements especially the wind.  If you are looking at locating it ourdoors, we will need to support it by tying it to the fence for example.

Privacy - this applies to all services

The Mighty Booths may collect certain personal information about you. 

All information provided to us is treated in a confidential manner.

We undertake not to divulge or sell your personal information to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.

Hiring, Delivery and Service - Photo Booth Services

Delivery, set up and removal of the Photo Booth is included in the service within a 50km radius of the Perth CBD. 

A travel surcharge will apply to events outside of Perth metro area.

Delivery, set up and break down of the Photo Booth will be outside the rental period.

Set-up of the Photo Booth takes approximtaley 1 hour whilst break down and removal takes approximately 45 minutes.  

A trained Photo Booth Host will be with the Photo Booth at all times to ensure the smooth running of the Photo Booth during the event.

Hiring, Delivery and Service - Flower Wall Hire

Delivery, set up and removal of the flower wall is included in the service within a 30km radius of the Perth CBD. 

A travel surcharge will apply to events outside of the 30km radius.

Set-up of the Flower Wall takes approximtaley 30 minutes whilst break down and removal takes approximately 15 minutes.  

Staff Meals - Photo Booth Services

Provision of meals for the Mighty Booths staff is appreciated especially for events that are running for 4 hours or more. 

Use of Images - Photo Booth Services

The hirer may give permission for photos taken during the event to be used by The Mighty Booths for promotional materials and advertising.  Should this permission is not granted, The Mighty Booths will destroy copies of the images in their possession after 14 days of the event.

Indemnification - this applies to all services

The Mighty Booths will not be liable for failing to perform under the Agreement by the occurrence of any event beyond our reasonable control, including a labour disturbance, power outage or interruption of service, communication outage, failure by a service provided to us to perform, fire, threatened or actual act of terrorism, natural disaster, or war.

The hirer agrees that in all circumstances, the liability of The Mighty Booths is limited to an amount equal to the booking cost. 

The Mighty Booths will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

An equipment fault that may arise during the event will be rectified as soon as possible.  However, if the outage will exceed 30 minutes or more, The Mighty Booths will refund your payment on a pro rata rate.

Miscellaneous - Photo Booth Services

The Photo Booth Host may stop the usage of the Photo Booth at any time during the event if they feel that the Photo Booth is being misused in a way that is dangerous to any persons or potentially damaging to the product.
