Providing the best photo booth service is our full-time occupation and has been for over 5 years. For us, photo boothing is the centre of our universe. It is not an add-on to any other service. It is our ONLY service. Whilst we do offer other complimentary services such as DJ Service and Venue Styling Service, we do it by collaborating with trusted partners and industry professionals who, like us, have chosen to specialise in their field. We take our work very seriously and we know our craft well. We understand how important it is that your special day is PERFECT and we will do everything in our power to assist you in achieving just that.

When you book any of our services, we guarantee you Peace of Mind. Expect great quality photos, robust and reliable top of the range equipment, experienced staff, awesome props, fantastic service and a great overall experience. We aim for 100% satisfaction at all times. We will NEVER use your photos as a marketing tool to benefit us. Your photo printouts will contain only the text and the graphics that you have instructed us to incorporate - nothing more. There will be no reference to our website, our email address nor our contact numbers. No flyers or any other marketing materials will be distributed at your event. We will only hand out our business card if a guest specifically requests it.

We have been providing the service since November 2011 and during this time, we have received numerous calls from clients whose service provider have canceled on them at the last minute for one reason or another. Some we were able to assist but often, we are already fully booked ourselves. If we encounter any issues at all, we will move heaven and earth to honour our commitment to you. That commitment starts from the time that we accept your booking and you have paid your deposit. If for whatever reason we are unable to fulfill that commitment (except of course if the reason is due to the occurrence of any event beyond our reasonable control including a labour disturbance, power outage or interruption of service, communication outage, fire, threatened or actual act or terrorism, natural disaster or war) we undertake to refund you double the deposit payment that you have already paid.
