How to get the most out of your photo booth hire from the Mighty Booths

How to get the most out of your photo booth hire

Here at the Mighty Booths camp, we really do love it when we know that our clients got the most out of their photo booth hire service.  And whilst we acknowledge that we have our responsibilities to ensure that this is the case, a lot of it also requires your involvement, participation and planning.  Here are some of the things that you (or an allocated Photo Booth In-charge person) can do to make sure that the photo booth is a success.

Delegate

If necessary, delegate the photo booth responsibilities to another person.  This may include liaising with us on anything to do with the photo booth such as layout selection, personalisation of the photos, what features are to be made available to your guests, what props you wish us to bring on the night (yes, you can actually request us in advance as to what sort of props you want us to bring), instructing the guests during the event, etc.

Specific Requirements

If you have some specific designs for your photo layouts in mind, please do let us know.  This is a service that we provide on all our packages at no extra cost.

Placement is Important

Placement of the Photo Booth is very important.  When planning the whole layout for the event, please make sure that you take into consideration the best area for the booth so that it is seen and therefore will get utilised to the max.  We prefer that all your guests and participants get to experience the fun service that we offer.

Disseminate Information

Please make sure that your guests know that we have already been paid for.  If you want us to make “Free Photos” signs – we can also do that (but you need to let us know).  We have been to so many events that we get asked by guests how much will it cost them to go into the photo booth.  Have your DJ or MC announce that we are there during the allocated period and that they can come into the booth as many times as they want (with due consideration to other people of course) and stress that all has been paid for and that the service is there for them to enjoy.

Inform Everyone of your wishes (including us)

If you want the album to have plenty of messages and notes, please make sure that your guests are informed of your wishes.  Again, have the DJ or MC announce this (more than once preferably).  Our photo booth operator will also inform your guests as we hand them the photos but a constant reminder (announcement) from the DJ or MC will ensure that those messages gets written on your album.

Talk to us and let us know your wishes and we will do our best to accommodate.  We aim for 100% customer satisfaction and are intending to do our service to the best of our ability to achieve our goal.
